Terms and Conditions

The Soccer Gift Shop is a trading name of Faze 3 (Alan and Sandra Ford).

Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You should regularly check these terms and conditions and the privacy policy for any updates and/or amendments which may be made at any time.

All images, sizes, measurements and descriptions are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

Similarly, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS (100% Money Back Guarantee) (please see section below for personalised gifts)

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "100% money back guarantee" means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel the order and return the goods. Just contact us by email or telephone within 14 days of receipt and we will then issue a returns number along with our warehouse address. You then have a further 14 days to return the parcel. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods, including packaging, whilst in your possession and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. Original postage will only be refunded up to the Standard rate.
Please note that the original postage for overseas orders will NOT be refunded.
Original postage will not be refunded if only part of an order is returned.
A deduction will be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling more than necessary.
Please do not return any items to our warehouse without the returns number as it will delay your refund/replacement.
If you choose to cancel an order after the item has been despatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. We strongly advise that you use a signed for service as we are not responsible for lost parcels. When you receive the returns number, please print it clearly on the front of the parcel.

In the event that any order is incorrect, it must be notified to us within 7 days after delivery.

If any products are defective, they must be returned within 14 days of delivery. At our own discretion, we shall replace the products free of charge and redeliver them at our own cost, or shall provide a refund of the price paid by you (apart from personalised gifts which will be replaced). In the event of replacement of any products, the products returned to us shall become our property.

If we elect to refund you rather than provide a replacement for defective products, or we are unable to replace any faulty product, the products must be returned, at our cost, and shall become our property.

We will process refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Once we process the refund, Paypal payments will be returned instantly, card payments will take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.

Quantity discounts may be available for some products to business accounts. All business accounts are pay with order.
Transactions made using a business account are non-returnable except for damaged items or incorrect items supplied.

Please check your personalisation very carefully. Once your order is submitted it cannot be changed.

Personalised products cannot be cancelled once ordered and are non-returnable. If a mistake has been made in the personalisation by us or the item arrives damaged, it will be replaced with the same product.

Personalised goods are despatched as per the time scale shown on each product.

If a personalised product is lost in the post, it will be replaced, not refunded.

MISSING CONSIGNMENTS (please see section above for personalised gifts)
Parcels will not be considered lost until after the following amount of working days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) have passed: 15 for UK deliveries (currently extended by Royal Mail to 20 due to the strikes), 20 for Europe deliveries and 25 for Rest of the World deliveries. For all deliveries, we cannot refund or re-despatch until these time scales are reached.

If any National or International postal services become unavailable for any reason, the days that these services are not operating will not be included in the above timescales.

For UK orders, please contact us if you have not received your delivery within 7 days. If it is returned to us as not collected from a local delivery office, there will be a charge to re-send.

Delivery addresses provided must be accurate and include a full postcode, in accordance with Royal Mail addressing regulations. If an order is delayed or lost in the post due to an incorrect or incomplete address / postcode being provided by the customer, no refund will be made and a replacement will only be sent at the normal cost of a new order.

An order may be deemed to have been accepted by us when you receive the e-mail confirming delivery. Because of the time delay between you making the order and us accepting it, there may be occasions when an item becomes out of stock or discontinued. We shall make every effort to update the website at all times, but you understand and acknowledge that we are not liable to you for any failure or delay to fulfill an order due to products being unavailable.

Payment for the price of the products plus packing and carriage shall be due in pounds sterling at the time of the order. Payment can be made through this website only, via credit/debit card or through Paypal.

The pricing of items is subject to change and we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred from our price changes. Please note that the currency converter is for information only and you will be charged in GB pounds. It should be used as a guide only and your final charge may differ slightly from that shown.

Any delivery date specified by the Seller is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the Contract.

Items will normally be despatched within one working day, this will usually be the next working day after the order was received. Many orders received before 2pm will be despatched the same day. You may need to allow extra time at busy periods. Monday to Friday inclusive are deemed to be working days (excluding bank holidays).

If for any reason you or the person at the delivery address refuses to accept delivery of the products, all risk in the products shall pass to you and we may, at our discretion, charge for return of the products to us and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you.

If an order is for more than one item, they may be despatched in multiple parcels.

Please be aware that deliveries outside the UK may incur import duties and/or taxes levied by the receiving country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

These terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) and the Privacy Policy (as amended from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England or Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected.
